It must be fun working with Steve!
This was a compilation of several situations and tips that Steve encountered in his work day to day. Some of them made a lot of sense, others required to think outside the line (such as the story of how we are all grout and need to find the right balance in our teams).
As an HR, I do hope that we find our way to the executive table. There is so much good that HR can do, if the higher powers drop the "this is not how we've done things in the past." Unfortunately, it's surprising how many employees still have terrible perceptions of us as policy officers.
