Dr. Farrell points out in his book that each person has a financial temperament, and that most money books don't take that into account. As someone who has been in the banking and finance profession since 1996, I see it every day.

If you want to understand not just the way to make money, but how to make a life, this book (while not "page turning exciting") can help you do that.

I am now using it with every member of my team to help them achieve their dreams and goals.

While the book is intriguing, it does not provide any new information to those who have taken the Myers-Briggs personality test. The author offers a new way of thinking to those who have not tried said personality test before. This book is good read, and it does make you question who you really are. If you are interested in learning more about your personality type, this book may be able to point you in the right direction.
