Read for my independent study project, summer 2006. Paloff and Pratt know their stuff, but my standard for online education is so high as a result of working with LEEP that most other writing about online education - at least of this vintage - is by comparison disappointing.

A good book that was used by our Center for Teaching Excellence to provide some context of what WAS current in technology. All books are needing to catch up to this concept.
