I met Indra Devi when I was 8 years old. She was a friend of my parents. I recall her self-confidence, a quality which she valued and was willing to share, along with a lesson or two.

A practical guide. I could understand and follow the advice on yoga asana and spirituality but the food tips/medical tips were hmm, odd?
