Two audio cassettes of talks given at a two day Hermes Project workshop on April 24, 1992. Shinzen describes the different cultural language families in native North Americans. He chronicles the reemergence of Native American Spiritual practices including the sweat lodge, sundance, vision quest, and pipe ceremony. Shinzen also describes learning to speak Lakota and the incredible sophisticated Navajo language.
