Rate this book
A full color book with magazine inspired quizzes helps teens discover their style and knit one of a kind pieces. Inspired by celebrity knitters, millions of teens and 20 somethings are getting into knitting. This full color guide features the instruction new knitters need to get started plus more than 25 easy to follow patterns. Cosmo style quizzes help readers identify their style (such as Arty, Fashionista, Punk, and Girly Girl, among others) and determine where to jump into the instructional material. Fun patterns include sweaterless sleeves, a bolero sweater, the perfect clutch, a mini kilt, a beanie, a kerchief, and more.; Sharon Turner (Brooklyn, NY) is the founder of Monkeysuits, a playful, popular line of knitting patterns. She runs two knitting clubs for kids and teens at New York City schools. She is the author of "Monkeysuits: Sweaters and More to Knit for Kids," "Teach Yourself Visually Knitting," "Teach Yourself Visually Knitting Design," and "Knitting Visual Quick Tips."

I am not a knitter. I try to find books on crafts that are so awesome that they inspire me to learn ___. This book was not inspiring.

The quiz was pretty lame LOL, but there were a few cute patterns. Instructions were good, too.

It's like having your great auntie trying to understand teen fashion. Lame and boring at the same time.
