Being able to build effective relationships is at once the most important factor and the most frustrating challenge in creating success and satisfaction at work.
Finished the intro, chapter 1 and chapter 2. All of this requires some memory work and extrapolation on my part, since I'm not currently employed....but I'm sure it will be more applicable sooner or later ;-)
Good book to learn how to manage conflict and develop teamwork that is needed to handle difficult conversations and build the solid network of professional relationships But I think there are better books in this regard
