"My son loved this as a 2 year old, but it really annoyed me. It's scientifically so incorrect (it's autumn so they show and speak of the robins laying their eggs in their nests), and the rhymes are frequently forced and tongue twisting. Still, anything that gets a toddler curled up in my lap snuggling gets a couple of stars for engagement."
It's probably about what you'd expect from a board book about fall. It has sort of cutesy generic illustrations and rhyming text that often feels forced. I was looking for some seasonally themed books at the library and grabbed this on a whim. My toddler seemed to enjoy it okay, but I kept trying to hide it from her so I wouldn't have to read it again.
