This is strictly a reference book for those who wish to learn how to use the FHL, run by the LDS. Comprehensive, ever changing, some people might find it very useful. I found it useful only if I planned to go to one of their centers. It had some internet advice, but that changes daily, so if was seriously out of date already. Not the authors faults.

Why has this not been updated? Although much has probably changed, this is the only book out there on the topic and is full of useful info, including on the travel side of things.
