A quick historical overview of chocolate with some dips into popular culture. This kind of thing would be like a longer website nowadays. There is something cool about seeing infographics in paper format but ultimately, it seems that this type of book is on the decrease.

the small book is choc-full with chocolate history, stats and factoids - who cares what it does - of course it's good for us... hey Indonesia is the 2nd world's largest producer of cocoa, 384k tonnes vs. number one spot's Ghana with 400k tonnes/year (1997) but of course all indonesians know that - they have taken the hershey ride and see the only 3 cocoa giant vats hershey has are marked "Ghana", "Indonesia", and "Others."
