Visual Six Sigma by Ian Cox is in two parts.

In Part I
Ch1 introduces data-driven-decision-making, and transformation of moving to a focus on 'data discovery' processes. Ch3 introduces JMP software (it's visual; see Ch2), and how it puts data-driven-decision-making into practice.

In Part II
Chapters 4 to 9 are case studies.
