Gooch believes in these paranormal occurrences and believes in the validity of most of them. The laws of science are not applicable to the these things can't be proven. But what we can do is look at an instance of ESP or precognition and prove that there is no "rational," scientific explanation. Thus the only explanation left is that it is paranormal.
