A taste-tempting array of low carbohydrate meals, all featuring lean meats, high-fiber foods, and "good fats," presents more than four hundred kitchen-tested, easy-to-make recipes. 25,000 first printing.
The layout, design and structure of the book are fantastic - it was easy to read and would be easy to prop up in a kitchen while cooking. However, this doesn't really fit "low carb" to me. While there are low 'carbo rated' (equivalent to Atkins' 'net carb' concept) foods, there are just as many higher carb foods. For example, there are meat/protein recipes with 20+ carbs per serving...and meat/protein is a food source that is naturally low carb.
