Part of the Domestic Cats series, this 24-page study of Sphynx Cats is full of colorful, full-page photos of the hairless breed. Each of the nine chapters briefly explains an aspect of the naked cat with chapter headings such as "Tame Wild Cats" and "Bald Kitties." The chapter headed "Cat Care" deals with cats in general and the Sphynx specifically. Table of Contents, Glossary (words color-coded in the text indicate Glossary entry), and Index are included. There is a note to find out more on the Child's World website which does have links to other sites about Sphynx.

Read to/by our 7 year old. Her review:
"This was hard for me to read so my mom teamed up with me to read it. I liked the book, but I already knew most of what it taught about my favorite cats. But I would like to read it again. I do wish it had more sphynx pictures."
