Mother's Day Story Time. Mrs. Brownmouse and Little Brownmouse take turns surprising each other throughout the day. Each time, they laugh and laugh and Little Brownmouse wants to do it again.

A little boring, but the children seemed to enjoy it. I probably won't use it again.

The story is about a little mouse and her mom going about their day in a playful manner. The plot relies on repetition ("Let's do that again!" cries the little mouse.). It was a sleepy sort of book for me but my pre-K son loved the warmth of the mom's love and the daughter's laughter.

3.75 Stars This is a very very cute, bed time type story! The Little Brownmouse and Mrs Brownmouse are having a fun time, playing and playing and surprising each other saying "Boo" or splashing in the tub so "Let's Do it again" but it is time for bed...so not tonight! The pictures are cute but I don't care for the grey pencil outline, the story is cute... perfect bed time story!!

This is an entertaining story for parents to read aloud with their younger children. The narrative is humorous and repetitive and the illustrations are adorable. We enjoyed reading this book together, even if it was a bit young for our girls.

This has cozy illustrations with good use of repetitions and a good ending.
