Larry Chambers, a prolific author and credibility marketing expert, shows professionals how to increase their image and visibility via media exposure, as a result separating themselves from the competition. Instead of traditional sales calls and requests for referrals, Chambers emphasizes simple ways readers can use the media and other outlets to showcase their expertise to the appropriate audiences. The result eliminates wasted time spent cold calling prospects. Ideally, prospects will contact readers with requests to do business.

A great book that I knew I would gain value from personally even though I do not own a company. Mr. Chambers provides readers of all persuasions the chance to simply "take away" what is important for themselves as a person within this book (whether or not you own a company). My favorite chapters in this book were 11, and 18-21. I have been pondering for a while of what to write but the most valuable piece of information for me personally was a mere suggestion he poses on page 151 in the last sentence of the final paragraph where he writes "...Don't be in a huge hurry: if you don't know what you're going to write, wait and it will come to you..." What I find interesting here is that his advice is both practical and sincere.

Insightful and useful and not just for people who own companies; this book is also a self-help for self-starters. This book is also a perspective on self-worth. I wish I would have had this sort of book in College in either my undergrad or graduate studies days.
