OK, so it is probably fitting that the first book I post is a cookbook. Me and my wife really enjoy cooking. I first became familiar with Todd English's "Olives" restaurant in Boston, where they serve an amazing Falling Chocolate cake and Vanilla Bean Souffle. Both recipes are in this cookbook, as well as many other delicious desserts. You truly can make some amazing things at home with the right recipes. Enjoy!

I will most likely use this book for the ice cream recipes. I'm not a baker. It's the same for me as having a black thumb when it comes to gardening. When I'm done making a few of the recipes I'll give the book to a baker friend
