An immensely helpful treatment of religious diversity. As usual, Paul Griffiths approaches a complex topic with fine distinctions and admirable conceptual clarity. This is a broad survey that explores questions of truth, tolerance, evangelism, salvation, epistemic confidence, and of course, religion itself. Griffiths is an exemplary Catholic thinker who writes with a kind of vivid sobriety. Strong recommendation to people of all different stripes.
