The Caped 6th Grader is about a girl named Zoe that LOVES comic books and is upsessed with a super hero named Lightning Girl. Ella was turning twelve and she really wanted a special present this year. At her birthday party, which is at her grandma and grandpa house she discovers that she is a super hero. The crazy thing is that her grandma and grandpa only know!! It goes like this, someone has the super powers then it skips the next family then it goes down to the next family, for example: If Ella had kids, her kids would NOT have super powers. And I forgot to tell you that Ella's dad is a Policeman/Investigater so that means that if Ella look makes one move to make her dad think she is a super hero he knows right away that Ella is a super hero. So, will her parents ever find out that she is a super hero? Is Lightning Girl real?

I liked this book because it was funny. I was laughing at some of the parts!
I disliked this book because at some of the parts it got a little boring, but then it got interesting again.

This book is short and sort of goofy but in a good way. It’ll make you smile and hold your attention. It felt reminiscent of the old “Goosebumps” or “Are You Afraid of the Dark?“ story lines. Definitely amusing.
