Good high interest, low vocabulary book for adult learners. Characters were well developed for length of book and plot would be interesting for ABE or ESL.

This is my second Good Reads Book. My first Good Reads, I picked up by mistake. This one I picked up on purpose. Firstly, with work and school, I am having trouble reading books to the end. So, the length of the stories are perfect bedtime reading.
Secondly, I am intrigued by the genius of these well-crafted, engaging, entertaining stories. These deceptively simple stories could only be told by master writers.
