I was in a hurry when I grabbed this book at the library, but I'm glad I did. It's not a grand and glorious book that you'll remember for the rest of your life, and it's not particularly well-written as Christian fiction goes these days, but there's a homey charm about it that I enjoyed.
It made me smile when it talked about the computer not having a hard drive and needing a disk to boot it up. Ah, yes, I remember those days! lol
I picked it up because of the name, expecting it to be a little sci-fi-ish, but it wasn't. I think I'd have chosen a different title because it's not that apropos for the story.
Still, there was something about this book, almost like sitting down with an old friend who had a story to tell you. I liked the simplicity of it.
