Student retention continues to be a vexing problem for all colleges and universities. Slower read for me but so interesting for tying the academic work I’m doing to my heart for helping others. Looks at 14 studies on examining minority adjustment to/performance in college. I was surprised at the vast amount of studies that exist in this area. I feel like the growing literature in this area has great power to help if applied.
