If you pour through all the text on the publications page you'll find that this volume was written by Stephanie A. Lewis and Barbara C. Mallon--along, apparently, with a host of editors. Whatever the case, the product of this corporate endeavor amounts to a good read supplemented by many photographs not commonly printed elsewhere.
This volume of The Third Reich series deals with the German occupation of Norway, Denmark, Holland, Belgium and France. My mother, grandparents, uncles and aunts having endured it in Norway, other relatives-by-marriage having done so in Denmark, I was particularly interested in those portions of the text.
