It's a good start, but is lacking on some basic information, even at the JNCIA-ER level. Nothing at all on how to configure DHCP, or even how to act as a DHCP relay. QoS section is enough to get you started, but I quickly ran into real-world situations that just weren't explained at all in that chapter. I read through the section on NAT three times and I still get confused by it. It's easier to simply sit down on a router and work it out for myself. Everything else is pretty good, but you're going to need to rely on Juniper.net documentation quite a bit if you do anything even remotely complex.
