Cosmic Care is a simple yet powerful guide to aligning self-care with lunar cycles, astrology, and your birth chart. Valerie Tejada breaks these concepts down into plain, easy-to-understand language, making it especially helpful for beginners while still offering value for those already familiar with these practices.

What I appreciated most is how the book connects alignment to everyday wellness—showing how being intentional with timing, energy, and reflection can support balance and clarity. It feels both grounding and insightful without being overwhelming.

This is definitely a go-to resource, whether for personal growth or for practitioners supporting others in their wellness journey.

Great information. She tells her story in way that’s less textbook and more like having coffee with a friend.
