It is about a poignant real-life narrative centered on mental illness.

The protagonist's struggle with hallucinations, particularly his enduring friendship with an imaginary companion during tumultuous high school years plagued by bullies, resonated deeply. The tragic irony unfolded as he overcame his affliction, only to confront the stark reality of his friend's nonexistence, leading to years of internal turmoil culminating in a heartbreaking decision- he took his own life.

This narrative, while somber, offers profound insights into the intricacies of minds grappling with challenges beyond our immediate understanding.
