Make sure you've read Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint beginner books like Microsoft Step-By-Step books before starting on this book. It is a great reference to what will be on the tests but it doesn't teach you the basic steps and reasoning behind how Microsoft set up these programs. All in all, you will want to have it on your shelf if you are an MOS person; but if you are just a layman looking for a few tips and tricks, move on.
