I read pretty close to all 1000 pages and the accomplishment is probably the best thing I got out of this. The case selection is pretty good. Plenty of classics like Leonard v PepsiCo. Redgrave v. BSO was probably my favorite because it arose from a conflict due to Redgrave’s outspoken support of the PLO which felt rather contemporary (but of course was not mentioned directly in class). Glad to be passing this on to another poor 1L. Will not be keeping it in my possession

I read this for school and hated every second of it. Nothing was explained well and the writing itself was very confusing. I read every word in this book multiple times and that did not help me at all.
