I know ghosting her was unforgivable. But I had no choice.
I did what I had to do. Got out of her way so she could move on to someone better. Someone less damaged. It was cruel, but I figured she’d hate me and forget me. I never thought I’d see her again. Until tonight.
There are a thousand reasons why we can’t be together. Funny thing is, none of them seem to matter anymore.
Another wonderful romance from Jen Bee. Short but by no means lacking in any way at all, there is plenty of heat, humour and sass. Becca Mansfield is on the hunt for an extremely talented young singer with the unusual name of Ghost Smith. He turns up at small bars, sings and then disappears. She's desperate to be the reporter who gets the scoop on the singer. When she turns up at a bar called Dirty Ricks she hears Ghost Smith singing, all she needs to do now is to try to talk to him to get him to agree to her writing an article on him. Easier said than done. Ghost Smith's real name is Rory Stone, the brother of Canen Stone who Becca spent one mind blowing night with. Becca was ghosted by him the next day and she had no idea why. Becca manages to get Rory to agree to an interview and she gets a ride from them on their way to another venue. As she spends time with them she finds out why Canen ghosted her and it becomes clear that neither of them had forgotten that night and there was still a spark between them. I highly recommend this book. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

This entire series is fantastic, but this has to be my favorite one. This is the one I so desperately wanted to be longer. Seeing Becca and Canen and Rory's backstory would've been amazing, but not having the "full story" of how it all started did not in any way take away from the story. The sass, the quips, the emotion, the spice, it's all there. You can feel it. It doesn't seem forced or rushed. It seems more fleshed out than other stories in the series, but I think that's because Becca and Canen have a history.
Bee in my opinion is the Queen Bee of short, quick, romance and I have yet to read anything by her that has left me wanting in a bad way. You'll want more, but you won't feel like you've been shorted or slighted.
I received a digital ARC of this novella. The only thing I don’t like about Jen Bee’s stories is that I wish they were full length novels. I wish I had more time with the characters and the story. This is book 3 in the series but can be read as a stand alone. Becca had one true love in her life, in college, and she’s never gotten over how it mysteriously ended. Fast forward to her adult life. She’s a writer for her family’s magazine, and she’s trying to find this mystery singer that everyone has named “Ghost Smith”. If she can find him before other publications she will be able to save her family’s magazine. She finally finds him in a hole in the wall bar, but her long lost love is also there. What are the chances? No spoilers, so you’ll have to read the story to find out what happens next.
Faced with the dwindling popularity of her family’s print media business, Becca is trying to track down what she feels will be a journalistic coup: uncovering and interviewing the enigmatic singer songwriter known as Ghost. Canen is running security for his younger brother Rory who has crippling anxiety. Rory happens to be the artist known as Ghost, and he’s been feeding digital breadcrumbs to Becca because he’s ready to go public but wants a journalist he can trust.
Chaos ensues when Becca recognizes Canen as the smoking hot guy she was ghosted by in college after a torrid affair.
This was a fun, fairly short read in this series by Jen Bee. It’s not too heavy on angst and it’s got some clever elements.
I was furnished an advance reader copy from the author and boiksirens, and I’m pleased to share my honest review.
Fame for one and Forever for another. This is about Becca and Canen. He ghosted her back in college and now she is being saved by him, but then he tries to ghost her again until he realizes that the same man who tried something earlier is still lurking around. Becca is trying to get the story that is going to help the family business, but little did she know that the person she is chasing is Canen’s younger brother. The story has a mix of feelings, one of embarrassment, another of self esteem and knowing one’s own worth, and the last is anger because of what happened in college. Overall the story is good and I loved the ending would have wished for an extended epilogue unless Rory his brother is getting a story of his own.
Ghosted by Jen Bee is a short romance novel about a curvy woman named Becca who is ghosted by her boyfriend, Canen, five years ago.
It is a heartwarming story about second chances. It was a quick and easy read, and I found the characters to be relatable. It is a reminder that love is worth fighting for, even when things are tough.
I enjoyed Ghosted. It is another great story from Jen Bee. Highly recommend.

Becca is a reporter trying to find The Ghost a wonderful singer that can be the next musician Canen is the one Becca has been missing ever since College when they had a great evening and a steamy one only to have him Ghost her. The Ghost Smith turns out to be Canen's brother. The chemistry is still strong between them. A wonderful read,

Jen Bee really knows how to spin a tale with all the goodies. Ghosted has something for everyone… the storyline was totally amazing; the characters were definitely hot stuff all around; the plot was pretty straightforward; but that HEA was really something else. This is a fairly quick read that touches all the high points—then some. You definitely want to add this one to your TBR! (I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book and really enjoyed it.) ❤️❤️
Becca and Canen were always meant to be, they just had a little misunderstanding along the way. When they meet again the attraction is still there. This is a great addition to this series and I loved seeing their relationship develop. I received a copy from Booksirens and leave my review voluntarily.
What a great quick read! I loved seeing Becca and Calen’s connection from college somehow get a second chance. Family history, personal demons and striving for success in the face of adversity all come together to make a wonderful feel good story.
