Celebrating the first year of RRBB brought her to collating an anthology and beginning to create her own stories and world. Her first novella released in Dec 2020 and is hopefully the first of many to come.

Short but exciting first read to the Pendleton Prep series. This novella throws us right into the deep end, and I can't wait to see what's gonna happen in the rest of the series.
We are introduced to the main players/characters who are taken in the middle of the night to a secret location and we are then introduced to The Sect!!! Exactly who or what are The Sect?! So many questions already in such a short book and I can't wait to see what's coming for the four main guys that we get a taster for in this novella. Can they trust each other? Who can they trust? I'm sure all will be revealed as we go along. I'm super excited to jump right into the next books in this series 🙂

The Sect is the beginning of a new series by H.L. Packer and what a beginning it is!!!
One question I had on mind while reading this was who are the Sect? Then while I was continuing on reading this one question turned into more and now I need to know who is going to make it through this!
We’re introduced to 4 different guys. 2 are twins all are fighting for a spot within The Sect. Like I said this was one hell of a start to a new series. The mystery of this story is what drawn me in. I can’t wait to see how this all will play out!!!

This novella certainly packs a punch. Quite literally! We are introduced to the main players and are given a taste of the secret society. So many questions! A short, fast paced novella that is a brilliant introduction to this new world!

If you get through all the trials at Pendleton Manor then you are set for life , & so is the partner you choose .

This is a short story that really wets your appetite?
This is a good introduction to the character's and the story plot and left me intrigued. I thought it is well written and I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

This story is not to be missed it sets the tone for what's to come. Just much mystery and drama packed into this short novella. This preview hooked us and had us wanting more.
