Obviously not leisure reading, but very informative and well-structured. It outlined some strategies that I’m excited to try at work and see if they make a bigger impact than our current approach. Great reminder to keep moving on the path to improvement, and some really helpful tools for idea generation that I’m excited to report back to my team.
