У книжці представлений огляд дванадцяти методів аналізу тексту і дискурсу без детальних пояснень на прикладах. Вчитися використовувати ці методи можна за підручниками для соціологів. Ну, й варто розуміти, що це книжка 1998 року. Може за останні 24 роки з'явилась краща книжка по цій темі.

This book isn't even on shelves yet. We got an advanced PDF copy of the proofs through our english prof. Its an interesting read. You really have to be into discourse analysis to like it, but if you are, it provides lots of good methods in which to ground the analysis you were going to do anyway. Good for writing papers for quantitative people who want to think that social science is a science.
