Has some good exercises that you can perform without going to the gym. However it does rely heavily on a lot of high end gym equipment. Still worth while to help build muscle and help increase flexibility.

Loved it but its a little hard to follow the weeks. It's a great book but I think it would make a better app!

This is a good guide to cater a fitness program for your riding needs. You will need to have access to a gym with lots of equipment to fully use this book. I would say that you will already need to be moderately in shape before you could follow these workout programs. I got it from the library but I do not think it would be a book that I need to own.
