This book will be a great introductory for people who just started their careers for the following reasons.

1. A lot of tips around email ettiquate and tips are included as well when the writer trying to instruct on English business writing.
2. There are not a whole lot of paragrahs of explains some of good the writing habits. Rather it gives a lot of examples for each tip the author tries to examplify. You have deeper impression by doing so

More importantly, the book is written in a concise way that you can finish it in 3 hours and feeling that I've got a deeper understanding of what makes for good english email busiess writing. Other than these the book has not dive deeper on some of the newer topics like when and how to convey humors in emails and the examples in the book are pretty old.
