This book had some great ideas for implementing YA lit into the curriculum by pairing it with related classics. Each chapter was written by a different author, so gives many different ideas and perspectives. Some chapters (and the lesson ideas and writing within it) were better than others, but overall this is an excellent resource. I noticed that The Chocolate War by Robert Comier came up in several chapters of this book for pairing with several different classics because it has so many great themes - sounds like a YA book you need to have and bring into the curriculum!
