I love the title and it could be the best book on the subject that I have read. So far, I think I have read about 3 serious books on the subject - by Murray Walker, Sid Watkins and somebody else. There is certainly room for another, with solid facts, opinions, recommendations - maybe by Bernie Eccleston ...
