Great book! Had good background information and insight that I hadn't got from any of my doctors. There was some information I was already familiar with, but it always helps to hear it a second time to keep it fresh in mind. The main reason I bought this book was because of the stretches it contained. I just started them yesterday, and I hope they prove beneficial!!
I enjoyed the author's style and tone. I also enjoyed his encouragement in the closing chapter. Much of what he said can be applied to simply maintaining a happy and healthy lifestyle.
Here's the greatest piece of wisdom from his book:
"On a sheet of paper, write down where you want your life to be six months, one year, five years, and ten years from now. Address all aspects of your life, including marriage, travel, career, schooling, finances, friends, retirement, and anything else you may be concerned about.
The moment you write something down, it becomes more than a passing thought. It becomes part of your reality. Once you stop mulling over the same thoughts over in your head time after time and actually see your own ideas on paper, things start to happen. If you review and revise your list every day, you begin to formulate plans and ways to turn your ideas into reality."

Near unreadable.

I might modify my rating if I actually complete reading this book. I am attempting to read the Kindle version and the ridiculous number of typos is beyond irritating. The author's credentials lead you to believe the it should be worthwhile but it seems to have been ghost written by an elementary school student in the U.S. public school system. I expect better from Amazon for ten bucks.
