The basis for this book is the argument that Islam is the best choice for a one-world order. I am not going to state that Christianity is the best choice, however, Dr. Al-Kahtany's statements beginning on pages 9 and 10 are one-sided against the Christian Bible. He states Jesus's disciples were instructed to help only the tribes of Israel. He quotes Matthew 15:21-26 to try to justify his statement. If you continue to read the rest of the chapter (which he doesn't offer) Matthew 15:27-28 you will read that Jesus did cure the woman's daughter. Further down the 10th page, he starts his discussion about discrimination and racism in the Christian Bible-quoting the Book Numbers 12:1 which states that Miriam and Aaron made disparaging remarks about Moses' Ethiopian wife. However, if you continue to read the rest of Numbers 12 you will find that Miriam and Aaron's remarks displeased God so much that His "anger burned against them" It further states that God punished them severely. (again Dr. Al-Kahtany doesn't offer this information, it is up to the reader to look up in the Bible)
Both the Christian Bible and the Qua'ran speak of having slaves. Slaves were considered the norm 2000 years ago. If you know any history at all it is common knowledge that slaves were not just African-Americans. They were from all areas and of all descents.
I have not had a chance to read the Qua'ran entirely so I will not make any statements about it.
My conclusion for this book however is that it is very obviously biased and as so many people do pertaining to the Christian Bible, they take a verse or two out of context. Which is what this author has done. I do not recommend this book.
