Serenity is a typical stubborn teenage girl and she wanted to repent her sins to God but she's still doing bad things. I don't really get how this is a Christian (?) book but overall, it's okay.

This didn't have any problems with it, I think. It was just mediocre. Serenity goes to church for the first time. She experiences a miracle, or something. And then the film story they do is kind of a run-of-the-mill disaster story, alas.

This cover gave me nightmares. I have no idea what bothers me but...it is the creepiest cover I have ever seen drawn. I dunno. My brain, it is odd.

Honestly, I only picked this up, because I had read the 7 previous books in the *Serenity* series. I was not that impressed with this volume.
