This book had its good points. Few good quotes that I could found interesting to me. The flow of this book seemed fitting. Yet some things seem repetitive that could have been omitted unless it was a final thought or wrap up to a chapter's end. I really liked the section on the fonding friends and supports. It was something new that I can't recall in reading in other self-help books about bipolar. overall it was a good quick read.

I found this book very useful in understanding someone that I know who has been diagnosed with this condition.
It is quite balanced and addresses all parts of life, and gives many strategies that can be used day by day to help beat back the condition.
I love that the book is also very positive - it is hard, but not impossible to get healthy, and then with continued effort, to stay healthy.
Highly recommend for anyone either diagnosed with, or knows someone diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder.
