Very straight forward and easily comprehensible study book. Yet, it feels like it lacks instruction for some of the poses (especially taking into consideration her background) as well as benefits and, more important, contraindications. Other than that, it is a truly great book on one of the modern asana techniques and it is definitely good for beginners.
