A Healing Intimacy

Rate this book
You probably "feel better" you're in love, but did you know that being in an intimate, loving relationship has an actual, measurable, positive effect on your health? A Healing Intimacy presents startling findings from the new field of psychoneurosexuality -- the study of how our sexual attitudes and behaviors affect our health -- that show that being in such a relationship strengthens your immune system, improving your general well-being and making you more resistant to serious illness.

By the best-selling author of Super Marital Sex and Super Immunity, this is the inspiring guide to using the power of a loving relationship to heal the mind and body. A Healing Intimacy teaches how to achieve a relationship in which there is less emphasis on self-fulfillment and more emphasis on mutual support and respect.
