I only skimmed this book when I was supposed to read it in college, I tell you shamefacedly. Now that I have read it in full, I am so, SO impressed with the work. Lots of fantastic exercises you could totally do on your own or share with a class, and a very clear, succinct summary of Laban's effort-actions. VERY good stuff for actors, or artists of any stripe, really.
