A simple book about hypnosis. Pretty straight forward, it is mostly just a guide on methods of induction, without a lot of theorizing. Not particularly well written, but effectively to the point.

One of the best books on self-hypnosis that I've read. Very approachable and logical explanation to how the mind works, how self-hypnosis works and the stages or phases of self-hypnosis. High recommended.
