An interesting look into the life and responsibilities of a theatre producer with anecdotes of all other departments involved with a production.

I think this book could have been 2/3 the size as there were many points repeated throughout and the phrases "as mentioned in chapter..." or "this is covered again in chapter..." happen frequently with exact same pieces of information told again e.g. the difference between gross and net

It is quite an insightful book as to what exactly is required for a successful show from the very beginning to the very end however I think it would have been better to read specific chapters relating to my interests/what I need to research into rather than the whole book.
