School Intervention - Impact Model - Version 2.0, December 1999 - A Tool to Estimate the Impact of HIV Prevention Activities Focused on Youth in School
A dynamic mathematical model of the transmission dynamics of HIV and STI infection between male and female in school youth, male and female out of school youth, and older male and females. The model can be used to obtain: short-term estimates of the number of HIV infections averted among in and out of school youth; trends in HIV and STD infection in the presence and absence of an intervention; trends in HIV incidence in the presence and absence of an intervention; and trends in HIV infection among in and out of school youth.
Charlotte Watts is a Nutritional Therapist who has been practising for over 10 years in Brighton and London, UK. She has appeared as the nutritionist/ presenter on BBC3's Freaky Eaters and GMTV's Beach Body Boot Camp. She is also a yoga teacher with classes and workshops in Brighton, UK.
