So informative and helpful!

Heather offers history, science, and practices in this book helping to open the door to confidence and pelvic health! From the history of pelvic health to practices to help improve our own health, this book is definitely one I will be coming back to over and over again!!

Very informative

I knew yoga was good for my body, but not for my... Lady parts. The only thing I knew to do was kegels, but this goes beyond that and shows many exercises complete with illustrations.
