A classic, for a good reason.
A horror novel inspired by the female experience.
This book is often hard to follow, and the language is descriptive yet often unnecessary. However, this tragedy is written with the beautiful language of the romantic period this book was written.
I can't say I enjoyed reading this book, but it is a classic must-read. Possibly the best example of early feminist literature.

I struggled with the older English dialect but I enjoyed the story.
