I read an early hardback edition with an introduction by the author. There was no art cover.
I appreciated the maps and glossary of slang and jargon.

I've only seen the edited TV version of the Steve McQueen and Dustin Hoffman movie, which is very different from the book. I am curious about the new movie version.
