Good content. Excited to take some of the principles to my team. A bit boring to read so it took a while to get through.

Standard platitudes and double speak essential for all "business" books.

One of the hardest books I've had to read and truthfully, I couldn't finish it. It was required reading for a class. It was required reading because it does have some useful tips and inserts in the back. Accountability is one of the areas that needs the most work too! So anyhoo.... I've got it on a shelf. What I've read has notes. When I need some more references or pointers, I can thumb through it.
